Short of labor, German businesses use robots instead

At the S&D Blech machinery parts factory, based in Zemmer, Germany, the head of the grinding department recently retired. With a severe labor shortage in Germany, few candidates want to take on this skilled but dirty and dangerous manual job. Therefore, the factory decided to replace this working position with robots.
